The Introductory Call is a free, brief conversation designed to determine whether my services are the right fit for your family’s needs.
This call is typically 15–20 minutes. It gives us a chance to discuss your current situation, identify what type of support may be most appropriate, and determine which service may be the best next step.
This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, learn more about how I work, and decide whether you feel comfortable moving forward.
To request an Introductory Call, please complete my contact form.
After reviewing your information, I will reach out by email to schedule a time to connect.

Care Consultation is a flat-rate service designed for families who need clear, professional guidance but may not need more comprehensive ongoing support.
This one-hour consultation is a good fit if you are unsure whether senior living placement is the right next step, want education on different senior living and care options, or simply need help understanding what to do next.
During our conversation, we will discuss your loved one’s current situation, concerns, priorities, and available options. After the consultation, you will receive a personalized written guide outlining key takeaways, relevant options, and recommended next steps.
This service may lead to additional support through Direct Placement or Comprehensive Care Coordination, but there is no obligation to continue services beyond the consultation.
If you choose to move forward with Comprehensive Care Coordination, the cost of this consultation will be applied toward that service.
Flat rate: $250

Direct Senior Living Placement is designed for families who are ready to move forward with assisted living or memory care and want expert guidance choosing the right community.
This service includes start-to-finish support, beginning with an initial conversation to understand your loved one’s care needs, preferences, budget, location, and family priorities. From there, I recommend trusted assisted living or memory care communities, coordinate tours, help you compare options, and provide guidance as you make a final decision.
I only recommend communities from my vetted network of partners - places I would feel comfortable recommending to a member of my own family. This service is available specifically for assisted living and memory care placement.
There is no cost to the family for Direct Placement. If your loved one moves into one of my partner communities, I receive a referral fee from that community.
This service is best for families who have already determined that assisted living or memory care is the appropriate next step. If you are still unsure what level of care is needed, a Care Consultation may be the best place to begin.

Comprehensive Care Coordination is designed for families who need more individualized, in-depth support navigating elder care decisions.
This service is a strong fit for more complex situations, families who are unsure which level of care is appropriate, or those who need guidance beyond assisted living or memory care. Support may include exploring and coordinating options such as home health care, personal care, hospice care, skilled nursing, independent living, adult day services, assisted living, memory care, and other aging-related resources.
With this service, I work directly for your family. Unlike Direct Placement, this option is not funded by referral fees from partner communities. Instead, services are paid privately by the family, either hourly or at a flat rate depending on your needs and the scope of support.
Comprehensive Care Coordination may include guidance with care strategy, provider research, communication with care partners, tour coordination, decision support, transition planning, and ongoing follow-up after a care decision has been made. This allows your family to receive consistent support and continuity of care throughout the process.

Family Decision Facilitation is designed for families who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or divided about the next step in a loved one’s care.
This service is a strong fit when family members disagree about the level of support needed, adult siblings live in different locations, communication has become difficult, or too many differing opinions are delaying an important decision.
The process begins with individual conversations with each participating family member so I can better understand each person’s perspective, concerns, priorities, and role in the decision-making process. From there, I facilitate a group conversation to help the family clarify the current concerns, organize the facts, identify realistic elder care options, and work toward a shared path forward.
After the individual and group conversations are complete, you will receive a written summary outlining the key discussion points, and recommended next steps.
This is not legal mediation, or family therapy.
This service may lead to additional support through Direct Placement or Comprehensive Care Coordination, but there is no obligation to continue services beyond the facilitation process.
Please contact me for cost, availability, and additional details.

Virtual Advisory Support is available for families who are coordinating elder care decisions from a distance or who are unable to meet in person.
This service may be a good fit for out-of-town adult children, family members living in different locations, or individuals who need guidance understanding senior living and support options from afar.
Virtual support may include education on senior living options, guidance on what questions to ask, help comparing levels of support, preparation for community tours, and decision support throughout the process.
For families exploring options outside of Northeast Ohio, I can provide general guidance on how to evaluate communities and services. However, direct placement recommendations are generally limited to my vetted local partner network.
Please contact me to discuss whether virtual support is appropriate for your situation.
