  • An elder care advisor helps families understand senior living and care options, compare next steps, and make informed decisions during a time that can feel overwhelming. My role is to provide guidance, education, support, and coordination so your family does not have to navigate the process alone.

  • A senior living community’s sales team represents one specific community. My role is to help your family understand the broader picture, compare options, and determine what type of support or setting may be the best fit. When appropriate, I can also recommend vetted communities and help guide you through the selection process.

  • It depends on the service. The Introductory Call is free. Direct Senior Living Placement is offered at no cost to the family when your loved one moves into one of my partner assisted living or memory care communities. Other services, such as Care Consultation, Comprehensive Care Coordination, and Family Care Decision Facilitation, are privately paid by the family.

  • For Direct Senior Living Placement, recommendations are made from my vetted partner network of assisted living and memory care communities. If your family needs broader guidance or wants support that is not limited to partner communities, Comprehensive Care Coordination may be the better fit because I work directly for your family and am privately paid by you.

My role is to help you understand what each option provides and which next steps may be most appropriate for your situation.
